What you study
Veterinary anatomy, physiology and pharmacology, animal nutrition, microbiology and parasitology, followed by clinical medicine, surgery and theriogenology, with practical work at university teaching hospitals and farms.
After the degree
Graduates work in veterinary practice, livestock and dairy operations, poultry production, food safety and the public sector. Registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council is required before practising.
