To gain admission in any Medical College or the University of Pakistan either Private or Govt you need to be on the MDCAT Merit list with the following Formula.
- 10% Matriculation
- 40% Intermediate or FSc
- 50% in MDCAT

MBBS course in Pakistan can be completed in 5 years. It includes 4.5 years of academic education and 6 months of mandatory internship in a relevant field.
Students who have completed intermediate or 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the mandatory subjects are eligible to apply for the MBBS course. Moreover, students need to undertake certain medical examinations to get admission in one of the universities such as MDCAT which is necessary to gain admission to any medical institute of Pakistan.
